Delete your GonnaFly account
You can request deletion of your GonnaFly account and its data at any time:
- Open the GonnaFly app and go to Settings (the gear icon).
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
No longer have the app installed? Email hello@gonnafly.ai from your account’s email address and we’ll process the deletion for you.
What is deleted: your sign-in account, your aircraft and cockpit profiles, all photos you uploaded, your public pilot profile, and your flight summaries and postcards. Retention: deletion becomes permanent after a 7-day grace period (sign back in before then to cancel). Flight recordings you contributed as a passenger on other pilots’ flights are removed automatically within 30 days. No account data is kept beyond these periods.
